Orange County AOT Celebrates Mental Health Month with Spirit Week
/±õ³Ù’s Mental Health Month, and Â黨ɫÇéƬ’s Orange County Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) team celebrated by having a Spirit Week with a different theme each day!
The week started with Crazy Socks and Crazy Hair Day, with everyone getting into the spirit and showing off their most outrageous socks and hair. Favorite Character Day was next, and everyone came dressed as their favorite characters from books, movies, or TV shows. Green Day followed in honor of Mental Health Month. The team wore green to show their support for mental health and . Throw-Back Thursday was a trip down memory lane for staff members, while Sports Day had them showing off their favorite teams! The staff ended the week by having more fun together while enjoying bowling, pizza, and soda with lots of healthy competitiveness and laughter.
May is , and it’s essential to create a supportive environment where everyone feels like they can be themselves and thrive. Spirit Week is an excellent chance for staff to let their creativity shine by dressing up in themed outfits, decorating their workspaces, and participating in Spirit Week activities. This is a great way to have fun at work, but it can also be a valuable opportunity to learn more about your colleagues!
