Â黨ɫÇéƬ's Sacramento Outreach Adult Recovery (SOAR) program recently hosted its debut Healthy Habits Expo, transforming routine healthcare requirements into an engaging event. The gathering drew approximately 30 members participating in health services in a welcoming atmosphere.

The team reimagined the office space as a one-stop wellness center with dedicated stations offering:

• Complete nursing health screenings and vital checks

• (ECM) program enrollment

• Medical transportation coordination

• Housing support services

• Therapy connections

Staff enhanced the experience with healthy snacks and music in the lobby and group room. They even set up a professional photo station with a ring light to update member photos for medical charts.

This creative approach to annual requirements reflects SOAR’s commitment to recovery-centered, whole-person care. By turning routine needs into a community-building opportunity, the team demonstrated how administrative processes can be redesigned to serve member needs better while strengthening program connections.
